Return Policy

We are a print on demand company, once orders are placed it goes into print automatically so please make sure your orders are correct we do not refund or exchange wrong orders placed.  We do not refund once printing has been completed.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

Reasons for Returns

Returned or Undeliverable Orders

In the event that a package is returned to Corral Designs due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing address details
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer must pay a new shipping fee before the order can be reshipped.

Corral Designs will not issue refunds for shipping costs associated with returned or undeliverable packages.

Wrong Address – If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.  We do not refund undeliverable items. Client is responsible for re-shipping cost.

Returned by Customer –We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size or color.

Shipping & Delivery

Corral Designs is not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details, including address, contact name, and phone number, are accurate at the time of order.

If an order is lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order..

Liability

Once an order has been shipped, Corral Designs is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

Agreement

By placing an order with Corral Designs, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service, including responsibility for accurate shipping information and any additional costs incurred due to errors in that information.
